What’s included in the meal plans?

Each weekly meal plan includes 6 easy-to-make dinner recipes, a shopping list including all of the ingredients you need to make each recipe, a guide to help you through meal prep throughout the week, and a printable cheat sheet recapping all of the meals for the week.

Weekly meal plans also include easy breakfast, lunch, snacks & side dish ideas that using similar seasonal ingredients as the dinners to help you shop and prep smarter, plus a few bonuses recipes, like dessert, cocktails or a brunch, for some extra weekend fun.

What else do I get?

In addition to full meal plans every single week, we’ll send you produce guides, seasonal ideas for parties & entertaining, & membership to a Facebook community with tons of support & inspiration every day.

When will I receive my weekly meal plans?

You will get an email every Thursday morning with your weekly meal plan and shopping list to give you time to review and plan for your grocery store trip. If you’re not seeing your meal plan on Thursday, make sure you check your spam folder & shoot us a note at [email protected] and we’ll help you out!

Do the meal plans include all new recipes every single week?

Our goal is to provide well-balanced meal plans that include a wide variety of options to keep meal time from becoming repetitive. Meal plans will include a balance of new recipes and fan favorites with an emphasis on using seasonal ingredients. You can always swap in some of your favorites if you’d like!

Are your meal plans designed for a specific age group?

We have designed meals that cater to the whole family. Our meals are made of fresh and healthy ingredients that appeal to adults but are simple and delicious so that kids of all ages will love them too.

How many people do the meals served?

In general, the recipes serve 4 people. You can always halve or double a recipe to make less or more!

Do you cater to dietary restrictions? (gluten free, vegan, lactose intolerance, etc.)

Our meal plans are family friendly meals that are healthy, delicious and simple to prepare. Though many recipes may meet some dietary restrictions, they are not specifically designed for such restrictions. Any allergy or dietary restriction adjustments to recipes must be made by the user. If the demand is high enough, we will be adding these plans in the future. Most of our recipes are easily adaptable to fit any lifestyle!

Do recipes include nutritional information?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide nutritional information for all of the recipes included in meal plans. The meal plans are designed to help you lead a wholesome, healthy, and balanced lifestyle, and all of our recipes highlight nutrient-dense seasonal ingredients.

Can I access old meal plans?

We encourage you to save your meal plans for future use. When you sign up and pay, you will be given a username and password to access your account.  Every Thursday, your new weekly meal plan for the following week will be sent straight to your inbox and will be uploaded to your account. If you’d like to save a certain meal plan, you can download it from the site and save it to your computer or file away the Weekly Meal Plan email in a safe spot to come back to later! Additionally, meal plans from any given month will stay up in your account for the duration of that month – but at the end of the month we’ll pull them down to make room for the new, delicious plans headed your way!

Payments & Billing

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay via credit card or Paypal. All subscriptions bill immediately upon sign-up and are set up to auto-renew every 30 days, 6 months, or annually, depending on which subscription you purchased.

Subsequent billings will occur on the same day of the month as your sign-up date.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account, click “My Account” and drill down to “My Subscriptions.” From there you should see your subscription membership. You can click into “View” and there you’ll see an option to “Cancel.” This will stop automatic billing on your account and you will still have access to your meal plans through the end of your original subscription period. You can always come back and sign up again at any time!

Why is my account in “cancel pending” status?

“Cancel pending” means that your account is just that – pending its cancellation! Your account will still be active through your next renewal date since you’ve already paid for the time through your last renewal payment. Come your next renewal date, your account will be “cancelled” instead of charged a renewal payment.

Do you have a mobile app?

We currently do not have a mobile app, but our website is mobile friendly so you can easily access your meal plan and shopping list from your phone.
